I’m Victoria Mokina, Founder of MKN Business Automation and an experienced Business Analyst and Finance Systems Specialist.
Throughout my career, I have helped deliver complex corporate projects by turning ambitious ideas into practical, well-structured solutions. I bring together business insight, technology and strong delivery leadership to simplify processes, solve operational challenges and help teams work more effectively.
My ideas have contributed to reducing manual effort, improving workflows and saving valuable time across large-scale business environments. I’m particularly skilled at seeing the bigger picture, identifying opportunities others may overlook, and translating complex requirements into solutions that people can actually understand and use.
My leadership style is practical, collaborative and focused on outcomes. I know how to bring stakeholders together, create clarity where there is complexity, and keep projects moving from the initial idea through to successful delivery.
I founded MKN Business Automation to bring the same level of strategic thinking and delivery expertise to small and growing businesses—without unnecessary complexity or enterprise-level costs.
