Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide through the Business Assessment and Consultation Request forms, including your name, organisation, contact details, business description, challenges, current tools and consultation preferences.

Please do not use these forms to send payment-card details, health information, passwords or other highly sensitive information. The website does not process payments or enable financial transactions, and our website and services are not directed at children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review and respond to Business Assessment and Consultation requests, discuss suitable services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or security obligations. MKN Automate does not sell submitted personal information, and visitor submissions are not published.

Website forms and service providers

The website is hosted and operated using OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Form submissions are securely stored in the Site’s protected lead database so MKN Automate can review and respond to them. If we contact you by email, that correspondence is processed through MKN Automate’s Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Access to the lead dashboard is restricted to the authorised MKN Automate administrator. Service providers may process information only as required to host and secure the Site, store submissions and deliver email notifications. Every Business Assessment is reviewed by an experienced Business Analyst before a response is prepared.

Retention, access and correction

We retain information only as long as reasonably required to respond to your request, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information under applicable New Zealand privacy law.
